Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states).

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately and a tracking link within 48 hours of ordering.

Delivery time & cost
Standard shipping (3–6 business days): FREE on orders over $40, otherwise $4.95 flat rate. Orders ship from our US warehouse. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5+ business days, email support@pupbreeze.com and we'll investigate.

Lost or stolen packages
If your package is marked delivered but missing, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days — we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address changes
Need to fix an address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
