30-Day Cool Pup Promise

If you or your pup aren't happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligibility
- Items must be unused or lightly used, in original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- For hygiene reasons, heavily soiled items can't be returned unless defective.

How to start a return
Email support@pupbreeze.com with your order number and a short description (photos help for defects). We respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are refunded for defective or incorrect items.

Return shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case we cover it or refund without requiring a return.

Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll replace it or refund you, no return needed in most cases.
